I know it’s weird but………………………
My new year seems to start in September! And this year it’s all about an abundance of health, self-love, gratitude, and letting go of the old and creating anew that which serves us.
So where to start.
For some very strange reason I wanted new duvet covers, cotton of course, like that’s going to change the world, well maybe a bit. The fabric is durable, breathable, and degradable, therefore not adding to planetary pollution. Next taskette, the cupboard under the kitchen sink to be more eco-friendly.
Another bee in my bonnet, my exercise program has fallen to the wayside, I need to get back on it. So, exploring new fun ways to exercise has become my new passion. Note; it must be fun, no feel the pain to gain here.
To support the above health, detox and abundance program I am taking my Vit C, an excellent all-round immune booster. Also Vit B Complex to nourish my neurological system and back on the mineral enriched broth, which is full of nutrition, to support me mentally, physically and emotionally.
