• Do something kind – offer help to another, the one I love most is when I can perform a random act of kindness, they are so wonderful to give and receive
  • Treat yourself – one of my fav treats is dark chocolate with sea salt, love the stuff. Think of the most wicked treat just for you; it will put a smile on your face for the rest of the day!
  • Banish all criticism of you for the day – I don’t know about you, but my inner critic is fierce, tell your critical self-thanks for sharing, but this is my criticism free day
  • Act on what you need – be mindful of the difference between what you need and what you want. Then again sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good. Go splash a little, have fun!
  • Practice Gratitude – for everything, your home, car, husband/wife/kids/ family, everyone who has shown kindness to you lately
